It’s National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week!
We understand the concern and uncertainty that people around the country are experiencing with the constantly changing COVID-19. As the pandemic continues to impact all citizens, we are relying even more heavily on our front line personnel, including our telecommunicators.
“This is uncharted territory, and we know that many of you are being asked to devise creative solutions to facilitate communications while still adhering to the required CDC guidelines,” said Communications International Vice President of Customer Service Mike Reed. “We are here to assist you as needed with both the design of these solutions as well as the execution and support.”
National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week is an opportunity to both recognize and extend our appreciation for the critical services our 911 dispatchers provide each and every day. That’s why we’re honoring these men and women throughout our communities.
