VERO BEACH, Florida – Communications International (Ci) received its ISO 9001:2015 certificate in August of this year. This achievement provides a highly recognizable standard of excellence for Ci and its customers and will serve as the basis for continuously improving performance and customer satisfaction in the years to come. ISO provides a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability across all organizational processes, helping improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

ISO is a non-governmental organization whose worldwide mission is to promote the development of standardization and related activities with a view on facilitating the international exchange of goods and services. ISO’s work results in international agreements, which are published as International Standards, such as ISO 9001:2015. Companies all over the world maintain a registered status through various registrar offices.
